"We succeed because of our talented staff who  are committed to deliver "on time and on budget value-added" business solutions.”

Scott Burns

CEO & Founder

He grew up in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn, New York.

The values that Burns learned on the streets of Brooklyn are still with him today – Family, Respect and a drive to Achieve.

Upon earning his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), Burns knew his calling was in consulting and finance. He worked at Touche Ross (Deloitte Consulting), Mercer Management Consulting (Oliver Wyman) and Cambridge Technology Partners, in between stints as an operational and strategic executive with Merrill Lynch (Bank of America), Smith Barney (Morgan Stanley) and Chase Manhattan (JP Morgan Chase).

As happenstance would have it, an opportunity to initiate a long term on-going partnership, first with the Wynn Las Vegas pre-opening team and then the Wynn Macau team, starting in 2004. It became clear that it was time for him to take his skillset in client relationship management, finance and consulting in a new, yet related direction. For the past fourteen years he has concentrated his efforts on providing a focused set of professional services to the Gaming/Integrated Resort and Hospitality industries.

Then Burns ventured out on his own, away from the massive global providers of professional services, enabling him to offer a highly customized set of client-focused professional services.

He has been fortunate to have had Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Encore (Las Vegas), MGM Resorts (Las Vegas), Wynn Macau, Wynn Encore (Macau), MGM Macau, Galaxy Entertainment Group(Macau), Sands China (Macau), Melco (Macau), Okada Manila (Philippines) and Diamond Resorts International (Las Vegas) among his clients.

In less than three years the company's revenues have grown by more than 150%. We are constantly looking for additional intelligent and task-oriented professionals to fuel current and projected growth.
