Coleen Chua

Senior Director, Gaming

Coleen has achieved a broad range of industry experience in both North America and Asia, including Gaming, Hospitality, Banking, Insurance and Financial Services.

Her functional expertise developed, over the past ten years, includes the facilitation of multi-departmental working sessions, business process design/reengineering, business analysis and requirements definition, project management, quality assurance and defect management, and standard operating procedure (SOP) management. Her broad experience spans the Gaming, Hotel, Retail and Back-of-House departments of an Integrated Resort.

Coleen's advanced language skills have been an asset to her clients, especially with her Gaming and Hospitality clientele. She is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese/Fookien, Cantonese, English, Filipino, and competent in basic Korean, basic Spanish, and basic Japanese. 

In her free time she enjoys eating foods from around the world, reading, and volunteering in organizations that help underprivileged and sick children.
