Senior Director, Hospitality

Rachel is an experienced Project Manager with diverse industry knowledge in hospitality,  banking, transportation, insurance, and healthcare.  Her professional expertise includes project management, the management of small to large teams, and quality assurance. 

She started her Information Technology career upon graduation from university.  After her initial position as a program analyst, she has joined a global IT consultancy as a back-end systems programmer/analyst on a large scale project.  To both satisfy her career objective and evidence of her diverse skillset, she was exposed to the entire software development lifecycle. As a result, Rachel became the subject matter expert in the key area of this large scale project, and transitioned from programmer to project management  She continued to enhance her Quality Assurance on another multi-year project in Australia.  Her quality assurance subject matter and team management expertise extended into multiple industries including Hospitality, Healthcare and Wealth Management.

She has managed and led large-team projects for Diamond Resorts, Chase, and Western Union.  Currently, she’s leading the off-shore Quality Assurance team in Manila for Diamond Resorts International.
