Schoen has concentrated his 18 years of experience in consulting and project management engagements across a number of industries; Gaming/Integrated Resorts, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Financial Services; with focus over the last eight years in Gaming and Hospitality.

One of the pioneers of Infor HCM (formerly Infinium HR) functional consulting in the Philippines; he managed the successful delivery of human resources, payroll, training and financial management projects for several multi-national corporations.

Schoen’s expertise covered a broad spectrum of functional areas: project management, risk analysis and mitigation, business process design, requirements analysis and documentation, vendor selection management, and quality assurance management and testing.

A physical fitness enthusiast, Schoen regularly participates in multi-sports activities and strives to encourage people to lead well-balanced, active lifestyles.
